What we collect

Your email and name; your face and styling photos; your wardrobe photos and details; fits you create; your style preferences; and records of credit purchases. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

How we use it

To run your account, create your fits, and process payments. Your photos and wardrobe are sent to our AI image provider (Google Gemini, via Lovable) only to create the fits you ask for. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Legal basis

Providing the service you signed up for (contract), and keeping payment records (legal obligation).

Who can see it

Only you. Your photos and fits are stored privately. Service providers: Lovable (hosting and storage), Google (AI image creation), Stripe (payments).

How long we keep it

Until you delete it or close your account. You can reset your wardrobe, photos or fits at any time from My Account. Payment records are kept as required by law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, if you live in the EU, your local data protection authority. Contact: support@my-style.app.
